Nuzoo Robotics s.r.l. is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and wants you to feel secure both during simple website navigation and should you decide to register by providing us with your personal data to use the services made available through the website. However, the pages of our website may contain links to the web pages of third parties, to which this data security statement does not extend.
This privacy policy is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001, which the European personal data protection authorities, meeting in the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001, to identify minimum requirements for collecting personal data online: namely, the methods, timing, and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages.
Nuzoo Robotics s.r.l., as Data Controller pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Privacy Code”), informs you that the personal data provided by you and acquired upon registration for the services of your choice, as well as the data necessary for the provision of such services, including navigation data, will be processed in compliance with the confidentiality guarantees and security measures provided for by current legislation, using computer, electronic, and manual tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes of the processing itself.
In particular, regarding navigation data, the computer and electronic systems and software procedures used to operate this website, or dedicated to the operation and use of the “apps” made available by Nuzoo Robotics s.r.l., acquire, during their normal operation, certain data (e.g., date and time of access, pages visited, the name of the Internet Service Provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet, the website address from which you linked to our site, etc.). The transmission of this data is implicit in the use of web communication protocols or is useful for the improved management and optimization of the data and email transmission system. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on website usage and to check its correct functioning, and is kept in anonymous form for the entire duration of the website’s activity. The data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of computer crimes against the website.
Purposes of processing

related to the compliance with obligations provided for by EU and national regulations, the safeguarding of public order, and the detection and suppression of crimes. Personal data provided by you to request the sending of any informative material (for example: brochures, printed newsletters, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are disclosed to third parties only if necessary for that purpose (printing, duplication, shipping services, etc.).
Consent to the processing of data for the purposes referred to in points 2) is optional and may be revoked at any time as further described below.
Methods, logic of processing, retention periods, and protection measures
The processing is also carried out with the aid of electronic or otherwise automated means and is performed by Nuzoo Robotics s.r.l. and/or by third parties that Nuzoo Robotics s.r.l. may employ to store, manage, and transmit the data itself. The personal data processed will be stored for the period of time provided for by the Privacy Code and applicable legislation.
Categories of entities to whom the data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it in their capacity as Data Processors or Persons in Charge of Processing
For the pursuit of the purposes indicated above, Nuzoo Robotics s.r.l. may disclose and have your personal data processed, both in Italy and abroad within the European Union, to third parties with whom it has relations. Where such parties provide services at the request of Nuzoo Robotics s.r.l., the latter will provide them only with the information necessary to perform the requested services, taking all measures to protect your personal data.
The entities belonging to the categories mentioned above operate as separate Data Controllers or as Data Processors and/or persons in charge of the processing appointed for this purpose by Nuzoo Robotics s.r.l.. Furthermore, personal data may be disclosed to employees, consultants, temporary workers, and collaborators, who have been specifically appointed/designated as Data Processors or persons in charge of the processing.
Use of Cookies
Cookies, which represent a technology used by websites to recognize users within a work session, are not used either for the purpose of tracking users’ navigation or for collecting their personal data, but solely to enable navigation on the website and the use of the related services. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not persistently stored on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the website. The Data Controller is Nuzoo Robotics s.r.l., with operational headquarters at via Del Lavoro 7/A, Vignate (MI).The Data Processor responsible for processing the data subject’s personal data and responding to the exercise of their rights is Ing. Giuseppe Griva.
Rights of the Data Subject Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and the communication of such data in an intelligible form. The data subject has the right to be informed of: the source of the personal data; the purposes and methods of the processing; the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic instruments; the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors, and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2; the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representatives in the State’s territory, data processors, or persons in charge of the processing. The data subject has the right to obtain: the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; certification to the effect that the operations referred to in the points above have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling, or else for the performance of market research or commercial communication.
