ITT SOFTWARE SUITE

The ITT SOFTWARE SUITE transforms raw field data into operational intelligence, providing a complete environment for real-time localization, monitoring, automation, safety management, and Human-Machine Interfaces (HDMs).

The software receives data generated by TAG through the WAYPOINT infrastructure, processes and correlates this information, and makes it available to operators, applications, and enterprise systems.

The software architecture is composed of two complementary layers:

  • ITT Platform: the high-level environment providing maps, dashboard, alarms, workflows, business logic, and user interaction.
  • ITT Core: the low-level engine responsible for data collection, processing, diagnostics, RTLS positioning, and integration.

INSTALLATION EXAMPLE

Processed data can be exposed through standard interfaces such as MQTT, REST APIs, SQLite, REDIS, and custom connectors, allowing seamless integration with third-party software, SCADA, MES, ERP, and IoT platforms.

A key component of ITT Core is the advanced RTLS positioning engine. Using proprietary triangulation algorithms, the software processes signals received from multiple WAYPOINT and combines Close Range and Wide Area localization technologies to provide accurate real-time positioning of people, vehicles, and assets, even in complex industrial, maritime, and multi-level environments.

The software can operate on embedded Linux devices, Raspberry Pi system, Industrial PCs, mini server or virtual machines, allowing deployments to scale from small installations to large enterprise infrastructures.

RTLS TRIANGULATION ENGINE

The ITT RTLS Triangulation engine uses proprietary self-tuning algorithms to convert signals received from multiple WAYPOINT into accurate real-time location information. By continuously adapting to environmental conditions, the system maintains positioning performance even in complex industrial, maritime, metallic, and multi-level environments. 

Supporting both 2D and 3D localization, the software can track people, vehicles, and assets across large areas, multiple floors, and vertical structures.

ITT PLATFORM

ITT SOFTWARE SUITE is the ready-to-use application layer built on top of ITT Core.

Designed for organizations that prefer not to develop their own software, it provides a complete environment for configuring maps, floor plans, dashboards, alarms, geofences, triggers, workflows, and operational procedures.

The software transforms location data into actionable information, enabling real-time monitoring, safety management, asset tracking, event visualization, and process automation through an intuitive and fully customizable interface.

ITT CORE

ITT Core is a Linux-based, Docker-native software engine that acts as the bridge
between the field infrastructure and higher-level applications.

its primary responsibility is to collect, process, organize, and distribute information generated by TAG and WAYPOINT while providing advanced tools for configuration, diagnostics, event tracing, logging, performance monitoring, and infrastructure analysis.
